Fieracavalli Verona 2022: the arrival of a new edition
One of the most popular fairs for horse trainers and enthusiasts is returning to Verona. The famous Fieracavalli is now in its 124th edition, which will take place in Verona from 3 to 6 November. The Arezzo Equestrian Centre is the chosen location for the event, which promises to be more than interesting.
As every year, the expected number of participants exceeds the hundreds, including experienced trainers and families who come to observe the horses more closely. Those interested in the world of horses and who want to learn more about breeding and equine purchasing, should not miss such an opportunity.
Let’s see together how the event will unfold and what are themost anticipated novelties for this year.
Together. Neighbours.
‘Together. Neighbours.” is the claim of the124th edition of Fieracavalli. After a two-year blockade due to the pandemic, the fair can finally reopen to the public in total safety. The organisers have decided to resume the original four-day formula, alternating events, conferences, exhibitions and socially oriented projects.
The aim is to put the figure of the horse first, reminding everyone of the power and beauty of this incredible animal. The competitions that will take place over the four days, as well as the events planned, will all have the same common thread: exalting the horse and its importance.
After all, Fieracavalli is a way to carve out a moment of encounter between animal and man, to unite people with the same passion and love for horses.
What’s new this year
Among the most eagerly awaited meetings in 2022, it is impossible not to mention the 21st edition of the World Cup in Show Jumping – Longines FEI Jumping World Cup. This year, international champions will take part in the event, competing in the Top Team, a team competition all about the skill and speed of the horse.
Names such as Lorenzo De Luca, Giulia Martinengo Marquet, Alberto Zorzi and Piergiorgio Bucci will take part in the competition, giving us more than unforgettable emotions. At the same time, a few words should also be dedicated to the social inclusion initiatives hosted by Fieracavalli. In 2022 we will be closely watching the presentation of the experimental project ‘Riding the Blue‘, led by Leonardo Zeccante.
The aim of the project is to spread the importance of hippotherapy, which can help so much in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder in children.
Conclusions
Fieracavalli can be a good way to approach the world of horse breeding. Coming into contact with experienced and competent figures can give you some useful ideas for the coming months. To prepare for the arrival of the young foals, we recommend the purchase and use of the new foaling alarmC6 EVO, which is very useful for keeping up to date on the condition of the mare.
The device warns you before the birth, when the very first contractions occur. In this way, you are always ready for any emergency and can assist your horse to the best of your ability.
